Dyla Health LLC provides an AI-powered health and habit tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is collected, used, and stored. By using Dyla, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Health-related logs (symptoms, sleep, mood, hydration, food, medication, workouts)
- Notes or descriptions you type into the app
- Optional profile details (e.g., name or age)
- Feedback or support messages
These inputs are stored securely and only used to provide Dyla's core functionality.
1.2 Apple Health data
If you connect Apple Health, we may read selected categories such as sleep, steps, heart rate or HRV, and activity data.
- We never write data to Apple Health.
- We only read data to generate insights and show trends.
- Apple Health data is never used for advertising, tracking, or sold to third parties.
1.3 Automatically collected data
- Device information (model, OS version)
- App usage patterns
- Crash logs
This helps maintain performance and stability. No personal or health details are used for analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide core functionality (logging, pattern detection, insights, history)
- Improve app performance and reliability
- Provide customer support when requested
- Ensure account security and authentication
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or third-party tracking.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
Your logs and account data are stored in a secure cloud database provider, with:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Row-level security so only you can access your logs
We do not share personal data with anyone beyond what is required for storage.
4. How We Protect Your Privacy
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not build marketing profiles.
- Your data is used only to provide insights and improve your in-app experience.
- You remain the owner of your data.
5. Sharing Your Information
We only share data with:
- Service providers strictly necessary for functionality
- Legal compliance if required by law (e.g., court order)
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party analytics platforms.
6. AI Processing
Dyla uses AI to interpret natural-language entries. When you submit a log:
- Your text is securely sent to an AI processing server.
- Structured data is returned and stored in your account.
AI is only used to convert text into structured logs and insights. We do not use your data to train public models.
7. Your Rights
You can access, edit, or delete log entries, and delete your entire account and data. For deletion or help, email:

Dyla is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be noted in the app. The latest version will always be available here.

Terms of Use
By using Dyla, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
- Eligibility & account: You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Acceptable use: Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or scrape/automate the app without our permission.
- Health disclaimer: Dyla does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified provider for medical decisions.
- Subscriptions: Pro plans are billed per the price shown in-app. Renewals continue until canceled through your app store. We may change pricing with notice before the next billing cycle.
- AI assistance: AI-generated insights may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use them at your discretion and do not rely on them for medical decisions.
- Ownership: You own your content; we own the service and its intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Dyla.
- Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service. You may stop using Dyla at any time.
- Liability: Dyla is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum amount allowed in your jurisdiction.
- Changes: We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you in-app. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Usage Policy
- Use Dyla for your own health and habit tracking; do not submit data for others without consent.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Avoid automated scraping, bulk exporting, or reverse engineering the service without written permission.
- Respect rate limits and security controls; do not attempt to bypass them.
- Only connect third-party data sources you are authorized to use.
- Notify us promptly at support@dylahealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
- We may restrict or disable accounts to protect users, security, or platform stability.
Other policies
- Security: We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Reach out to report vulnerabilities.
- Cookies/local storage: Used only for essential auth and session continuity; not for ads or cross-site tracking.
- Processors: We work with vetted vendors under confidentiality and security commitments.
- AI usage: AI is limited to generating structured logs and insights; outputs may vary and should be reviewed by you.
- Incidents: We investigate and, where required, notify you and regulators of material security events.
- Retention: We keep data while your account is active; delete your account to remove your logs and profile data.
